I am excited to announce a stress reduction class using meditation to help deal with stress. As human beings, we will be presented with stress, that is a given and we have no control over it. What we do have control over is how we let that stress affect us. During this class, we will focus on developing awareness as to how stress is affecting us and cultivate tools that will help us to change how we let that stress affect us. Accepting new patients at Albany Clinic- Insurances accepted. I have been hired as a provider by Albany Heartspring Wellness Center, a satellite integrative medicine clinic of Samaritan Health Services of Corvallis. As of January, I will be seeing patients Tuesdays and Wednesdays. What this may mean for those of you with insurance coverage for alternative health care is that you can now see me in Albany and have your insurance billed directly. If you have any questions as to your coverage, you can call Heartspring Wellness Center and they can check on your coverage for you. The number is 541.812.5656. I will continue to see patients in Salem on Monday and Thursday. These are exciting times for Naturopathic medicine and Acupuncture and another step forward towards integration of our therapeutics.
